Bulls Head is a centrally located neighborhood of Staten Island. It's situated just south of Staten Island Expressway, at Richmond Avenue, and it boarders with Graniteville, New Springville and Travis. The neighborhood borrows its name from an 18th century tavern, that was located at Victory Blvd and Richmond Ave. Bulls Head is a well populated area, with a large number of residential dwellings, including condominiums as well as single and two family homes. It is also home to many commercial developments and CUNY's College of Staten Island. The neighborhood is served by a number of local and express buses along Richmond Ave and Victory Boulevard, and it's easily accessible by car via the SI Expressway and Rt 440.
